Team of one
Dané Marais is the Founder and Director of Ardent Academy, a performing arts school she established in 2023 to inspire a love for dance and drama in her students. With extensive experience as a Dance Instructor at primary and preschool levels in Krugersdorp, she has been teaching since 2017 and brings a nurturing, people-centered approach to each class. Her qualifications as an Acting Coach from Trinity College London and her ongoing Teacher Training with the Association of International Dance Teachers (A.I.D.T.) underscore her commitment to excellence in the arts. Dané is known for her warm leadership, both as a teacher and as a former worship team leader, creating spaces where her students feel seen, valued, and confident.
